I was highly recommended this u cook your food high end restaurant. The ambiums is very welcoming but customer service could use some work. A few times order different side never got then definitely need attention to detail. The meats and different sides they offer are very delicious 😋 I also enjoyed cooking our own meats.

Incredible food. Service was great. Raw meet of your choice from menu is brought to your table and you cook it the way you want it!

My family and I have been coming to u-Grill for years now and we all consider it to be one of the best KBBQs in the Inland Empire. There’a a massive variety of meats and small plates. Although the small plates and side dishes aren’t the most authentic, they’re damn good. If it wasn’t AYCE I would honestly come here just for their steamed egg & soy bean stew. But since it is AYCE kbbq of course we always order a ton of meat. Most of the other kbbqs in the IE have really dry brisket, which is the meat you should start with. But the brisket here is the perfect mixture of meat and fat that doesn’t leave you looking for water to chug after the first bite. One of my top two things to order from their meats is definitely their beef belly. I will say that this time around it wasn't as good as it used to be, but how can you complain about beef bacon, right? Their menu has two options, you can get the regular or the premium menu. If you don’t get the premium, you’ll be missing out on beef tongue, mussels, galbi, pork jowl, their insanely massive, tender, and juicy premium steak, and so much more. It’s only an $8 difference between the two menus and honestly you could get your money’s worth with just half of the premium steak. The premium steak is the only meat portion picture I took because I didn’t plan on writing a review, but I’ll definitely follow up with a check-in in the future! I definitely wish their side dishes were better but we’re really there for the meat anyways. Definitely keep in mind that the wait can be anywhere from 30 minutes to three hours but however long you wait, it’ll be worth it. Especially if you’re being served by Noah. He had to take on almost two times the amount of tables that he usually serves and he was still on it. He also was kind enough to stop and have a short conversation with us when the crowds started to die down. So glad that u-grill is always consistent with their food quality, quantity, and taste. And even more grateful that we had a great experience thanks to Noah!

Well since it gets pretty packed even during the week you have to make a line but it's worth it.
Very safe
no. Gen bbq open down the street tho. Outside dining
Yes, open and practicing distancing guidelines!! As it becomes more apparent they are open, wait times are going to get much worse.....we found best time is later, earlier is longer wait.
Raw meat is brought to the table and you can add salt and or sauce if you like.
GROUPS YES, THEY DONT TAKE RESERVATION UNLESS ITS FOR A BIG CROWD OVER 15 GUEST..IF NOT..U MUST WALK IN N CHECK IN...WAIT IS 30MIN TO 1 .5 HOURS....DONT WORRY..ITS WORTH THE WAIT.
We actually called before we visited and the young lady on the phone was very rude and hung up. Totally surprised that once we got there the service was total opposite.
No. They only do first come first serve. You can go there, put your name down and they will call you back.
Yes
Until 10:30 last call
They have outside dining but it comes to you half way cooked. There is a grill at the table where you can cook it more. The round tables are small and seat 4 people comfortably with plates, drinks, banchans and everything else. It's good but rather have it like before where they don't cook the meat half way. The beef bulgogi and chicken are kind of dry tasting. Garlic pork is still good and so is the steam egg, tofu soup and the sides. We had a guy server who was great.
Price's for adults start at $16.99 up to $28.99 depending on which menu you choose. The child is charged $9.99 for lunch or dinner as long as they are under 4'2.
I never get through either when I call.
I did not have ribs at this restaurant.
I would call the restaurant
It's not buffet, but it's all you can eat. They bring the meat to your table as you order it
