Truly the best customer service. Even when it was at a busy time with customers coming in & wanting help. The staff, cashiers, sales personal were on point. Even though my sales person was needed inbetween, it was very well organized. I will drive 30miles again to get the service, knowledge on the things I purchased that fit me as an individual with knee replacements. The store I put out there is on Katella & Orange, CA.

The first time I went in looking for boots and I tried a few on. One young lady asked me a few questions regarding boot type I looking for, etc. And when I answered all her questions she kinda just walked away. Needless to say, didn't buy any that day. I went in 2 weeks later and met a gentleman by the name of Dave and he was awesome. He asked me a lot of questions and came back with some great options. Needless to say, I left a happy customer with a comfortable and great fitting pair of boots. Thank you Dave! I'll be back!

They did an excellent job doing maintenance, cleaning, and reshaping of my Rodeo King 7X, for free. Excellent customer service and friendly staff.

Yes they do from inexpensive to top of the line. If they don't have what you want they can order it for you.

Orange has 2 locations, the New locations on katella has all the fancy stuff and clothes. The old one on Tustin is just work boots and clothes
They sell all different brands of work boots except Red Wings

Yes all stores shape hats Depending on time and what you need it can be shaped while you're shopping anything major needs to be dropped off and can usually be done in a couple days
