What a wonderful experience! A few months ago I popped in to Mark Schneider Jewelry in Long Beach. I needed to have a favorite bracelet repaired. They were very helpful and did a nice repair. When I picked up my bracelet, I spoke with Steven, the store manager. While we were chatting, he somehow mentioned the possibility of remaking well loved pieces for grandchildren thus giving them new life. My husband and I discussed all of the wonderful pieces he’s given me over the years. With several of our grandchildren becoming young adults , it sounded like a great idea. Our granddaughter, Isabella, picked a couple of small pieces and we sat down with designer, Briseida, who drew out exactly what Isabella was describing. She even helped me solve the problem of a lovely necklace I seldom wore because it was so uncomfortable. During this visit, Mark Schneider stopped by to say hello. Haley and Liliane were amazing, leading us through the process and making sure at every step that we were well informed. They both sat down with me today when I picked up the finished pieces. The finished products are wonderful and the guidance and personal attention made the whole process a joy. I’m looking forward to sharing more of my well loved pieces of jewelry with my other grandchildren. Thank you Mark Schneider and team!

Mark and his team are amazing. I asked Mark if he would replace a missing stone with a loose diamond in a sterling silver band. An unusual request for a very fine jeweler.. Honestly, I feel I have a work of art. I can’t stop looking at the ring because it is absolutely beautiful. I think what I appreciated the most was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. In my mind they are artist who make fine jewelry. I can’t say enough about how they took my little sterling band and made it another piece of art in my growing art collection. 6 years ago, I purchased a custom made wedding set for my wife from Mark Schneider Design. It was everything I hoped and expected it would be.
