We are very happy with everything with the staff in the office very good customer service and especially with Dr Chawla he did a very good job with my daughters procedure in the hospital. What made us happier was he even took the time and called later that evening to check up on her to see how she was doing. That showed us that he cares alot for his patients. My son has a cardiac history and complex dental needs. Dr. Pokala staff and associates are amazing in handling his needs and coordinating appointments. Recently, my son had two teeth extractions and had a spacer placed in. Dr. Pokala and were quick and efficient. They did such awesome job! Yes. You can count on our office to get you back on the road to oral health. Whether your dental emergency is painful, if it affects the appearance of your smile, or you suspect that an infection is present, our office will see you as promptly as possible for care.
Routine dental checkups and professional cleanings help ensure your smile remains in tip-top condition and that any developing problems receive the prompt care they require. While it’s a good idea to schedule a checkup and cleaning twice a year, longer or shorter intervals between routine visits depend on your specific needs.
To provide efficient service, we ask you to please bring your insurance card, an ID, plus any referral slips or diagnostic records given to you by another office. If you are taking medications, please note or make a list of what they are as you will need to provide that information. If you'd like to save some time, you can fill out some of our forms online.
Our goal is to help patients get the care they need without any additional stress or delay. If your health insurance provides dental benefits, our financial office will work with you to optimize your coverage while minimizing your out-of-pocket expense. We are also happy to help you file insurance claims to expedite your reimbursement from non-participating plans.
