Staff were so kind and helpful, ok now let's talk food ... I'm going to be HONEST- I went in expecting mediocre food...not expecting much...well I was wowed! Ok the number one place buffet style places fail is the salad bar...greens get wilted...or are drenched in water toppings grow stale...that WAS NOT THE CASE HERE! People EVERYTHING WAS FRESH AND CRISP it was DELICIOUS-CLEAN-ORGANIZED they have everything divided into stations pizza,pasta,desserts even a little area for alcohol. Everything was hands down good. The theme rooms were clean with plenty of room to sit. Bathrooms well stocked clean and easy to find. Now lets talk games-- good selection,some games were out of order but it's expected. From Bumper carts, to hockey tables, a little area for toddlers complete with a slide,mini twirl cups and a very impressive theme park twirling ride and a gentle frog drop ride...our family had an awesome time. So much better than that place with a dancing rat...you know which one 😉 Satisfied.

I don't even know where to start. The food was sparse PLUS this place is supposed to be for kids and they didn't even have chicken nuggets or fries! The ice cream machine broke down and the mats by the drink station were so sticky that my sandal stuck to it and came off my foot! Then a lot of the games my kids wanted to play were out of order and some of them we didn't know it didn't work properly until after we swiped our play card and it took our points. Idk, it was not the best and idk if I would go again.

Where should I start. The buffet was like at 40%, when I say that they didn't even have many pizzas out or much selection of pizza like before. I'm Sorry for management because they are very under staff here. I'm sorry but I've been here a few times over the years and this is the first time this place has let me down with the rides and arcades mostly falling apart, broken, and just not the place I would like my kids to remember. I'm sorry but I don't think I will be returning any more. Grabbed a few pics of the games that don't work, broken or out of order.

We went around 1:30pm. There were just a couple of other people there. My daughter and 4 year old great grandaughter were with me. We greeted as soon as we went in by very friendly staff. I wish I had gotten their names. The young lady helped us get our package that included the buffet, rides and games. I have been here before but it's been awhile. The buffet was not as great as it was and there weren't as many choices and unfortunately it wasn't as good. But we enjoyed having lunch and the cheese pizza was great. A young man in the dining area entertained us throughout our lunch. He was really funny and helpful. The rides were great and the arcade games exceptional. The staff is very nice. It is very clean. We will look forward to going back.

Honestly I don't know I've never made reservations, only been there for someones Birthday party. I believe that you can call them or look on there website to get that info. I hoped that helped, sorry I couldn't be more helpful
They have many options that you can choose, what I like the most for me is salads, raisins and much more, and many pizzas. I tell you that and you can choose many more things. 👍🏻

It is busiest during Lunch and Dinner hours from what I have seen, unless is is Baseball/Softball Seasons 😆😁😃

Yes, they have bowling, it's pretty hidden in the back very private . It's not a full size bowling but it's a pretty good size. And the price I'm not sure I never played.
No. With all the lights flashing and the kids running around would startle a pup and since there is a plenitude of food around, the liabilities are way too high.
For adults, it's about $14. The prices for kids vary depending on their age...and drinks are sold separately

Not sure. Attended a party for grandchild. It's an amazing place for family with kids.
The difference in pricing all depends on how many guests you will have , that determines the minimum you need to spend . You can get exact pricing on their site .
