This business was rude on the phone I was still talking and asking the gentlemen a question and he hung up on me while I was still talking. Customer service is poor. Response to your review response: that is not the case of connection lose because he concluded his statement and he hung up. I was the one that still had something to say. I wouldn’t expect someone to own up to hanging up on a customer especially if the calls aren’t recorded. Thank you for the offer to call again but no thank you, customer service starts at first interaction with potential customer and that was surely a epic fail. But thank you for your timely response.

I called the Service Center on a Saturday morning when we noticed uneven wear on one of our RV tires. The gentleman who answered listened to my concern and invited me to bring the RV by immediately to look at the problem and help resolve it. Upon arrival the gentleman checked out the wear, compared it with the tire on the other side and provided us with options as well as a recommendation for next time we planned to replace both tires - he did not pressure us to buy two new tires right then at all. It was a relief. Within an hour he has us back on the road - a quick swap of the worn tire for the spare and a change of the rims. The team was great - friendly, helpful, not trying to up- or oversell us on anything. A nice, honest team of tire professionals. What a pleasure.
