Terrible customer service for a simple state inspection. I will said I failed for window tint, however, I asked when the machine was last serviced/tested and the guy laughed. Said I failed and go get the tint removed. While sitting in the waiting room another gentleman was having tires rotated and thanks to the glass windows I got to watch an employee scratch the kids lug nuts all up. This place is about speed only and how many customers they can push through. Avoid at all costs

I went in for an oil change in mid November and my car started to run terribly not long after and it took me FOUR months to figure out what was wrong, the workers had not installed the tube from my oil filter cap causing crazy oil pressure and almost caused catastrophic damage to my engine. Afterwards, I had to go buy a brand new oil filter cap and oil filter and it indeed fixed me issue. Never again doing business here.

Needed an oil change, and wanted to use my Groupon for the service. The service was quick and they did a really good job talking to me and making me feel comfortable that they knew what they were doing. I believe on site manager (an older gentlemen) came around and helped me checkout, and even tho we experienced some issues at first he stuck with me and made sure to get everything worked out. I left feeling satisfied and taken care of. Thanks for yalls service.

Went here to have my oil changed and tires rotated thanks to the Groupon! For those who don't live in NC, whether visiting or just moving here, please know that NC must charge sales tax on all purchases so be ready to pay for the Groupon plus sales tax when you arrive. The staff was friendly and quick service.
