I had heard about their meat selection, but I'll admit I was skeptical. I was wrong and very glad I went. The meat selection was large in comparison to the size of the rest of the store. The staff is extremely friendly, and those prices are AMAZING! 5 very plump chicken breast halves, less than $3. 8 pieces pork ribs, less than $4. Good quality cuts of meat at EXCELLENT prices!! I will definitely go back.

My go-to for groceries for sure. The employees are very friendly, the store is very well organized, and they have great prices. I love how Gavins IGA is really a down home store when you can go in and feel at home with everyone and everything. I'm not one for the big chain stores like Food Lion or Publix. Gavins IGA is where I will do all of my grocery shopping from now on.

This store is not near my home, but I like shopping here. I can always find great, low prices on meat and poultry. The produce is well stocked and the prices are reasonable. It's a great country store.
