When we went to check out the person in the office didn't ask about my experience before demanding - not asking - that I do a Google review. So, here it is. The units themselves are nice. They are clean and well lit and it felt safe to leave my stuff there. But, the humans aren't kind or helpful and in the two years we were there, the price increased by far more than double. It's adequate, though.

Had a issue with employee not wanting to show me a unit, he didn't want to walk to the unit. The next day Lorraine and her husband took very good care of me. and gave me a credit on my account. They are very friendly, accommodating and really care about their customers! It is a nice facility also.
