Prices are great, sufficient amount of equipment, tanning package, and 24 hour access to include holidays. My husband and I have been working out at this gym for several months now and we love it. The people that go there are very friendly. The security cameras are an added plus. I'm a female and I love the fact that I can feel safe. I've recently started working with a trainer. He is very professional, patient, and full of advice. The owner is almost always there and is very personable. It doesn't feel like a "business" when I go there. The atmosphere is really laid back and tons of fun. Sure beats driving into the Fayetteville gyms!! I highly recommend this fitness center.
