My son went for a haircut today and came out almost bald. After one hour, I had to stop the barber because she obviously didn’t know what she was doing. The Manager tried to fix it but it was even worse. My son left the place crying, I’m glad that he is not in school and he has some time to grow his hair a little bit. Will never go there, not only they didn’t know what they were doing but they were also rude.

I have been going there for years for cuts and highlights. I have always used Jennifer. My adult daughter always uses Holly for cut and hair thinning. All workers are good, but these 2 are our preference. Always clean. Always busy. Best to make appointment. We won't use any other salon for our hair.

My daughter had her hair cut at this location about 10 days ago. Between getting ready for the school year, working 3rd shift, and 4 kids, my schedule was booked up. I made the call today to fix this. As you can see, it's completely off. It's supposed to be a pixie cut. All the dresser had to do was shorten her preexisting cut. But they were rushed and rushing. Her hair was damp when we left, and styled, so it was hard to notice this. I never leave bad reviews but all i was offered was to pay for another cut. Policy is 7 days. Because her hair "could've grown this much in 10 days". I tip well and i work hard for my money. So, taking my business elsewhere *my bad, 13 days ago 😒 Update. Had my daughter's hair fixed by another stylist at a different location. She informed me that my daughter had a cowlick on the nape of her neck which requires a shorter cut for it to lay properly. Then she fixed it. So, with everything said and done, i am a happy customer. I will continue to give FS my business considering i now know what to tell the stylist, or just hope to book with the lady who fixed her hair. Thank you for making it right!
