Very nice neighborhood. Beautiful ponds and excellent landscaping. Family community with golf course and it’s conveniently located. The staff are always helpful and friendly here and they pay attention to security which I appreciate.

Went to the Food truck event and had an amazing time. My niece lives in the neighborhood and it's a beautiful area. Many things to do and see in the gated community.

Quite a challenging course. Greens and fairways in excellent condition. Got a great deal on Golfnow. Polite staff. Not a bad from Raleigh. Will play they again.

Lawn care is paid through the POA, but is an add on service. Current cost $45 per.month.
All sorts of properties are available for rent. Condos and townhouses are often offered for rent.
Its a beautiful place but smallish with limited staff. I showed up after 6pm and had to pick up the key at a different location because the staff left at 6.
