So cleaning the blenders doesn’t mean they’re broken and you can’t make frappuccinos.. Lying to a fellow partner when I can see that you’re just cleaning them and they’re not all broken isn’t good business, and this was said to many other customs as well. Store manager needs to get this place together x

This Starbucks is never consistent. Even when they aren't busy it takes upwards of 10 minutes to get a basic drink. I understand some drinks are harder to make, and they also have to make mobile orders, but the main reason for the 3 stars is because the drinks are never right. The last 3 orders I have placed have been wrong, totaling about 6 wrong drinks in total. However, the baristas are very nice, and I would say it's more of an issue of lack of training, or poor management.

Where’s the rest of my drink? Not only did we wait about 20 minutes in the drive thru but our drinks were weak and not up to the Starbucks standard and my husband’s drink was missing quite a bit, as you can see from the picture. Will NEVER go to this Starbucks again.
