My grandparents' church, my parents were married here. Today, I learned that St. Edmund is the patron saint of infectious diseases and pandemics. Join me to say this prayer: Lord, by an incomprehensible effect of your mercy, accorded the blessed King Edmund the grace of victory over the enemies of your holy name: grant that by hhhis prayerswe may avoid the traps and the dangerous promptings of the enemy of salvation. In the name of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, our Blessed Mother, St. Edmund pray for us. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
