I have been working for this company for long time & as a part of this company I feel blessed and happy 😊. Everyone in management is fair Honest .I work some other security companies too but had to face many problems .but ESS is the best especially manager wants everyone to learn a lot which other company train you just 1 post and you after 10 years you still 0 .I strongly recommend if someone wants to learn & keep growing in security fields then join ESS . Eagle has gotten caught 3mb3zzling funds from employees and they look at y0u like they didn't do nothing. Years ago, h3ard they paid w0rkers back pay because they got c9ught not pay1ng th3m fairly. If this place is your last resort for work, make sure you know labor laws and your rights. They think they are above..
