Such a great team here! I know I was being particular about my order. All members involved were so amazing and delivered exceptional customer service. Thanks for the re-make of my sweet bacon wraps and extra ice in my specialty cup!

Food is fine and staff are nice but they forget 1/2 my order every time I go lol

Horrible!! The associate asked us 4 times what our order was. We were only getting 2 frozen hot chocolate with no whipped cream. We were at the drive through. When we finally got to the pickup window she asked again it we wanted whipped cream. We took the 2 drinks and completed our errands. When we got home we had 2 of what tasted like frozen mocha coffee's!!! Not pleased at all.

My 1st time at this Dunkin Donuts, and I guess the cook wasn't too pleased that I asked for no egg on my breakfast sandwich. Bacon pieces falling out...unmelted cheese.....looks as though someone threw the sandwich together from the other side of the restaurant. Won't be returning! 👎
