My Wife dropped off a brand new ball gown valued at $500 to be steamed cleaned for a special event. The dress came back with a big stain on the chiffon. The owner of the store won't return her calls or pay for the damaged dress. Terrible business ! The ladies who work at the store claim to not even know the owners name or have phone number to reach him. Who runs a local business that way when there are so many cleaners in town. Don't go there!
