I came here after having a really bad experience elsewhere, and from the start upon walking in, sure it was busy as mentioned by others in their reviews. Busy to me means they are doing something right to have people waiting to get helped. Lee & Linda were a big help, and after going over my previous install, etc… they were able to schedule me an appointment to come back, and have Carlos work on my truck. Everyone here is very helpful, very friendly, and are all very knowledgeable including Alizae, and Pablo. Carlos has been amazing, and after all was said, and done with the custom box he built, and way he ran, hooked up, and tuned my system, I wouldn’t ever go elsewhere! Went to Best Buy to get work done on my Porsche and it was outside of BB's wheelhouse so they sent me to Audio Addiction. Pricing was VERY fair, same day in and out service and everything has worked AMAZINGLY!!! love the new sound system!! They listened to us, didn't oversell and got the job done quickly and we are so happy!!!! Devin was the gentleman we worked work who took great care of us! Love bumping the new system!!!!!
