We had a reservation for a two day stay at this property. We checked in on June 8 2022 for 2 days. After about a hour tried the wifi could not get it to work in room 117. After discussing the problem with the front desk clerk and still not getting the wifi in the room we decided to check out. The purpose of this trip was to close on a new home. We needed the wifi to insure the closing went without a hitch. Bottom line the management charged my VISA 135.01 for one hour stay and a fraudulent charge of 250.00 for a smoking fine. I don’t smoke.

The pool is permanently closed due to a crack in it. Do not stay in room # 228 or #229 because they are right next to the elevator door and you hear everyone going in and out of it. The carpet in my room was dirty. I had to lay a pathway of towels across the room. After booking on Expedia I was charged an additional fee at the check in without notification. The "incidental " credit card with every hotel showed up on my card without my knowledge. The clerk did not tell me they were assessing a fee for the third party booking. The sign out front says Quality Inn but the charge and wifi says Sleep Inn. Mr Patel has a long list of things to do to get this place right. It could be the premier hotel in Conway.

I paid 198.22 on June 12.2022 for two days. I Departure on June 13.2022. I understand it's a 25.00 dollars early check out charge. So why I didn't get my 71.59 paid back to me. And I paid cash and I got a receipt. I call at nights when I know the manager ( Sonia Patel ) would be there. But they answered the phone and say she not in. I know it's her. She works from 11pm to 7am. I have left my name and number for her to call me but no response.

The worst customer service! Erroneously charged for a room reservation (no show)... when we arrived onsight & saw that the room was not to our satisfaction, we never checked in. Front desk persons Pam & Gloria are great! The general manager has yet to call me to resolve after several attempts. I guess $200 is worth this negative rating. Simply... shameful!!!
