I can ask my manager they were open to the public when they first opened ill ask at the ranch as well

No. Disney stable crew only.

Will there be future open houses for Circle D Ranch?! I loved visiting and touring the original Circle D ranch when I was a cast member at Disneyland and I loved visiting the horses.

According to Disney, the Circle D Ranch is not going to be open to the public. They had a grand opening event that was open to the public, which they said was a one time "open house"
