First time I have ever seen a pizza with half crust. There was no sauce or cheese on half of the pizza. The crust was burnt even the Kids wouldn’t eat it. It was also the first time this location delivered the order so quickly. Maybe it was rushed, but it was by far the worst pizza I’ve ever had.

Don’t bother. Absolutely useless branch that depends on the name for their customers. We have given this place multiple chances and they consistently fail. Today I placed an order online. After placing the order I’m notified the delivery time will be 1.5hrs. With a toddler at home that just wasn’t feasible. I called to cancel the order and was told the eta was wrong and it would be with us in 35-40mins. They straight-up lied. Called back an hour later to be told the driver was walking out of the door now, asked to cancel and was told “well sir, the current time is 35-40mins and it’s only been 57mins”. That should tell you all you need to know.

My family ordered some food and it still didn’t come for two hours. My husband called up there twice and the manager Nick was so rude it was unbelievable. He told my husband when the pizza gets there if it’s not to your liking to bring it up to the store. So I decided to take it back because the order was cold and the wrong chicken. By no means am I one to be mad at food, but when I got there he lied and said that he never told my husband to bring the food up there and that he could void the ticket from the phone. Then he asked if I wanted the cold food. I told him that I wasn’t going to feed cold food to my kids. Nick had an horrible customer service skills. This man needs to get fired the way he talks to his customers. I will not be ordering from the place of business anymore. I really hope corporate reads this. I’m calling them now to because the way we were treated is out of hand.
