Apparently Carolina pools doesn’t do pools in Carolina. After spending 2 hours at their facility the owner stated he will not travel 30 min to Mount Ulla to build a pool. He rudely stated he will not build a pool past Perth in Mooresville. The salesman, Cody, was very nice and professional. He should go work for someone nice that will allow him to succeed by selling a pool. By the way they had our address when we set up the appointment.

Eddie and his team are the best! They worked so hard to get us what we wanted with our pool and we are so appreciative of them. They went over and beyond because our pool was definitely not an easy one due to so much rock we had in the ground. They made our dream come true! We can’t thank them enough.

CPC Pools and/or their subcontractors are unprofessional, inconsiderate, irresponsible, and careless. If you value your friendship with your neighbors, do not use this company. Our neighbor is having their pool installed by CPC, and the CPC crew blocked our driveway and mailbox with their trucks and equipment. When my wife politely ask them to move so she can get out of our driveway, the workers copped an attitude and argued with her. Eventually, they reluctantly and slowly moved out of way, causing my wife to miss her appointment. Next, they drove across our backyard and dumped their gravel and material in our backyard, leaving tire ruts across our back lawn near our property line. I’m sure they’ll destroy our lawn when removing the gravel. Last, they drove across our front yard and destroyed our decorative fencing with their dump truck. You would think that a professional company would knock on the door or leave a note stating that they caused damage and offer to make it right. Not this company. The driver just checked to make sure that his truck wasn’t damaged, made a weak attempt to straight one of the damaged posts, and drove away. And I have this all on video from our security camera. I’m thinking about reporting this to the local police as a hit and run with property damage; and provide the police with the video and license plate number as evidence. Update: This unethical company and their irresponsible employees lie. First, my wife the polite one, and the CPC employee was rude and argumentative when asked to move their vehicle. Regardless, they should not block anyone's driveway and mailbox. Second, they did damage our property, the CPC employee lied again (see a trend with this company and their employees?), and the company refused to do anything. Unfortunately, the video capturing the damage became corrupt (and paying a company to recover the video would cost more than fixing the property damage myself), but I was able to show CPC other video footage of their employee attempting to fix the damage they caused and accessing their worksite, but CPC lied again stating that it wasn't their employee? Why would someone not employed or subcontracted to CPC be working on the pool that they are installing? Third, they eventually moved the gravel pile that they dumped in my backyard (surprised that CPC hasn't disputed this yet), but left that section of our lawn destroyed. Anyway, you be the judge, but I suggest avoiding this unethical and irresponsible company. There are many other pool companies out there that will do a great job and respect your neighbor's property.
