We call 321 RV Park home when we visit our daughter and her family. The owners are great! Sites are level with full hookups. They have a nice fire pit and small playground for the kids. They are dog friendly. They don't have a bathhouse, laundry or pool. They are in the process of adding a new section with trees and a pond. It's a no frills, quiet place to lay your head at night.

I cannot say enough about how accommodating Shannon, the manager, has been when we needed a place to park while repairs were being completed on our rig and I recovered from surgery. The park is nice with level spaces and full hookup including wifi. Close to shopping and highway access it is very clean and well maintained.

I travel for work. Very nice, clean, quiet place. With my work schedule I don’t get to meet neighbors or anything but was happy that it was quiet at night so I could sleep. Never had any issues. Level gravel lots with water, sewer, and power hookup. Paved road all the way around. Gated entrance with gate code. If staying long term, you meed to inform the owner and let him/her know a month in advance that you are staying another month. Down side their is no bath house or laundry room

New, clean RV park with great Wi-Fi and gated for security. Located a mile off US 321 and only a few miles from I-40. Conveniently located near several large towns and cities. The owners are very friendly, professional and visible. Big rig friendly with picnic table provided. Expansion is in progress for amenities in the future like laundry and pavilion. We highly recommend this RV park and plan to stay again when in the area. Reservations are required in advance !
