I'm not a complainer let alone speak a lot, but for me to write a review it's a issue. I visited this location on 3/19/22 around 1:30 a.m. I was waiting inline roughly 23 mins in the drive-thru nearly in the road. (Hoping I didn't get rear ended) After sitting that amount of time the line slowly moved. I get to the intercom about to place a order, and was told (with a nasty attitude) that they were only taking delivery orders. This was more than FRUSTRATING, WHY WAS THEIR NOT A SIGN IN PLACE ENTERING THE DRIVE-THRU FROM THE ROAD WAY ON THE BUILDING? After sitting that long, I was stuck (didn't place a order) in line not able to back up nor exit in any other direction. This Is very poor architectural design. This isn't the only incident at this location, I visited a while back when checkers was promoting the boneless chicken wings. So I placed a order for them, amongst a few other items. When I received my order; I noticed that thier was a spot at the bottom of the bag. I proceed to drive off. I get about two blocks away before checking my order, About half of the wings were in the BAG not the box. I had to go back and place another order. No wonder why the location on 40th & Market Street is boarded up. An addition to workers whipping hamburger buns on the floor and serving them. (Year's ago It was on the news) NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE NOW!!! Used to be good and we use to always go here even though the workers have always been rude, but now they’re rude AND don’t even make good food, the chicken is still partially raw the last 3 times I gave them a chance and the bread is always stale, this last time I found out why (see photos) apparently they keep the bread opened and stored right next to their disgusting bathroom

I got the loaded fries and i didn't like them. Next time i would ask for them to put the cheese. The staff here is always on point and i love how they work together. This crew deserves to be rewarded for their hard work. Thanks guys #earthangelde

Its never really really busy so you never have to wait too long for your order. On top of that the fries seem to always be fresh, and everyone knows checkers has the best fries! The customer service is good. Plus the menu has a good mixer items to chose from. Not as large as McDonald's but nonetheless excellent for their size. I honestly have no complaints about checkers!Tyre, thanks for the great review! Great service, delicious food... sounds like Checkers to me! Come stop by again next time.
