Just passing through to pick a new item off the menu to try. Our family has been going to El Parral since like 2010. We always get good service dining in, but have done a lot of curbside within the past year. They’re good. Even when they forget a request and make the order as listed, it’s always an edible err. I still eat it. I wish that charuzo dip, quesso with sausage, came in a smaller bowl, like half that size. I’m the only one who eats it and I just hate to waste good food, but my belly ain’t that big yet. Too bad I can’t fit it in my eyes. They’re way bigger than my belly

I'll start positive, we just moved here and family recommended this restaurant and we were not disappointed with the food at all, it was very good. However, I think all the employees must have been chewed out by management or something. I called in an order to pick up, No one smiled, in fact the young lady that rang me up was very unpleasant even though I maintained a smile the whole time. I spent $40 for food for 4 people and they only had one little bag of chips and one little thing of salsa, which wasn't there until I pointed it out, so I asked for more for 4 people. Sure for an extra charge. One order one bag, one salsa. So if you're going call in and order for several people make sure you call each order separately so you get the same thing as if you dined in. Food was good and I might try again but if they are as rude as my first visit, I'll take my money somewhere else.

Always a good time at El Parral. We find ourselves there often, especially for lunch. The food is always good and the service is quick and friendly.

Use to be a Good and decent place to eat at But here lately the food hasn't been good and customer service has went down hill and the prices have went way to High! Long wait times for low quality food and the last waiter I had never even poured us one refill on the drinks and actually got my order wrong overcharged me and wouldn't correct it when it was brought to his attention... Needless to say as for my family we will never go there again.. The last 5 times we went there it was some type of problem.. Again USE to be a good place to eat but in my opinion not anymore!!!! My advice if you eat here Check your Bill closely and don't expect good service anymore....
