Cliff was alone in store and bombarded with bill pay customers and regular like myself. I dropped my phone in water and I didn’t know my app ID etc. he was amazing in helping me and multi tasking with the others. I highly recommend anyone come see him. Thanks your da man!

Clifford was a very helpful sales person my husbands phone stopped working because of the 3g network but he had my granddaughter and I in out within a half hour and even saved me 30 dollars on my monthly bill! I would recommend this store to everyone

Someone here told my parents they had to go to a nearby store because it's the only at&t that handles customer issues like theirs. After 30 minutes here, 30 minutes in traffic & 20 minutes waiting for help at the 2nd store, it turns out the 2nd store couldn't do any more than the 1st, and my parents had spent almost 3 hours going all over creation for nothing. Luckily the people at the 2nd store were nice enough to help them call the at&t service dept and they found a solution.. which took all of 15 minutes. I wanted to rate 1 star but I'm giving 2 because the mall store said they may have meant a store down the road. If that's true they should have specified exactly which one, but I don't know if it matters because they could've just done what the 2nd store did in 15 minutes. I think they made it all up because they couldn't sell anything to my parents, but I'll leave you to be the judge.

So it seems that y you need to reset the icloud password and probaly your gmail password , I recomend you to go where you got the new iphone but if you can't for sure here we can try to help you the best we can is not 100 % that it will work depends on the what ever is icausing it, but for sure myself or any of my coworkers can help you with the situation
