Stop telling people you can do something you know you can’t! I ordered sesame shrimp and made sure to ask if this was something they make. I was lied to for $12.95! It was a soggy breaded mess! And my picture looks better than the actual plate 🤮

This was the BEST Chinese food in Charlotte; however, the prices are ridiculous now. Almost $10 for 4 chicken wings. Calling in can be a hassle if they let the children answer but otherwise my order is usually accurate. Last few times shrimp hasn’t been fresh and when I order without vegetables, they still put onions in my rice so I have been going here less. I’d still recommend but Jin Jin needs to get it together. A year ago I would’ve easily gave 5 stars and had no complaints but the prices went up and the quality of the food has gone down.. don’t make sense

Look here. The customer service on point dude he took my order spoke well. Read my order back made sure to ask if I wanted combo or not explained what that meant (one came with egg roll). I got a text prior to my alarm going off at 25 mins that the food was ready. The food is good. Worth my money. This was yesterday. 01/21/2022
