Hello ! I am the manager of Cottage Express on 7209 East WT Harris Blvd , I just wanted to say if everybody who leaves a review could please do me a big favor and make sure you are leaving a review to the correct restaurant because a lot of times our reviews are from customers who have never even came into our restaurant. We have 3 different locations , one located in South Tryon another in North Tryon and another in University if you would be so kind to please just put which location you visited and had your experience with that would be of great help to our team. I’m not sure if my taste buds are broken, however, all I could taste was sugar and flour AND. I ordered Sesame Chicken with extra sauce. I see so many good reviews and I’m shocked because this stuff has NO flavor. The only reason I gave it two stars is because it was hot and had large portions.

We ordered our food at 5:38 called the store at 6:43 and they said the food just left the store. The delivery man did not get here till 7:10. We spent $70 and waited over an hour and a half on cold, nasty food. The food is horrible, the service is horrible. Do not waste your money here. They use to be my favorite Chinese fast food restaurant. They have gone down hill in the last year. Sucks for them because I spend a lot of money every time we go. *The shrimp is to gross to even eat.
