I never eat Wendy's pretty much ever. I live in this town and it was late (literally 10 min ago, its now 1046pm eastern). Chick working the drive thru lacks even basic conversional skills I guess? Incredibly rude and curt. I pulled off without ordering anything and she said bye girl 🤣 If I owned this franchise I would be devastated honestly.

This is usually a pretty good Wendy’s. Food is fresh and service is decent. My wife and I had the fried chicken sandwich meal (except mine had mayonnaise). While they were delicious, I got sick the next 12 hours. Ugh. Maybe don’t get the mayo in June. But other than that Mrs Lincoln, how was the play?

We wanted to get dine in and even though the hours on the door said they are open. It was all locked without a sign on the door. An employee inside the dining room just waived us away with his hand in a rude manner. It could have been handled so differently. A lot of brand damage done for me as a customer.

I ordered a salad. Normally the ingredients are fine but just over a week ago, I didn’t see till I reached my destination that the lettuce was wilted and the cheese was so molded it had turned blue and fuzzy. Due the chicken being warm, the molded cheese had melted onto it. Nothing was salvageable. I promptly sent an email to corporate filing a complaint and requesting a refund, and it’s been two+ weeks with no answer. I was not provided a receipt so I couldn’t go back to the store. Will never go here again. Would drive the extra mile to go to Wawa.
