Website is incorrect, absolutely ZERO enforcement of COVID policy in this so called "medical" facility. UC Regents do not care about enforcing public health standards in this building.

If I could give zero Stars I would. 2 stars for being in and out of the door in the time it takes to be called to the office in some hospitals :D I waited 5 months for an appointment where the doctor and a female nurse (WHO WOULD NOT LEAVE, I have body dysmorphia, this is unacceptable) who look so disinterested and unengaged that I wouldn't be surprised if they read some tea leaves, before they walked into the office and gave me a prescription when I was five words into explaining my issues (Really?) After I told him that I wasn't finished trying to explain my concerns the doctor (I HOPE they read these) told me he thinks the issue isn't pathological even though I already got a prescription :DD If a doctor ever tells you your condition is not pathological your appointment is done and you should find a new doctor because even assuming that they somehow know that youre not presenting with what you say, who could you possibly trust to know if something else is going on but your doctor? Getting medical attention is too hard man...

Has been 2 weeks and yet no returned call from the coordinator/screener to review my case / referral from my primary doctor. Even I stressed that my psoriasis is pretty bad and need to be seen right away.

I have never had such a bad experience with billing. They lost my referral multiple times. Then they lost my insurance info (which I I gave them when I went in and it should have from previous appointments). They even called me to ask for my insurance, only to realize that if they put my social into their system it popped up or something like that. Six months later they're still going back and forth with my insurance to figure out if I owe an extra $5.
