So, on Thursday 12/23/21 I scheduled an appoint for Friday at 12:40. Received confirmation and a conf code. Received a confirmation text. Arrived for the appointment at 12:25. Minute Clinic was closed! Just a sign stating closed 24th and 25th due to emergency. no phone call no text nothing but a sign saying closed reschedule. A notification would have been nice. .

Saw Nurse Practitioner Stephanie this morning for UTI. She and the triage nurse were so kind and helpful! Both were very professional and got me in and out as quickly as possible! Will definitely return here instead of urgent care if needed again in the future!

I took my son in today because my PCP is out of the office until Wednesday. My son has a puffy face, swollen puffy eyes as well as discharge from his eyes. Have been giving him benedryl and nothing is helping. So I decided to take a chance and take him here...big mistake...not only did the NP tell me to just go to my PCP she FORGED the paperwork! She put in a pulse rate and O2 saturation that she never took! As well as stating on the paper work that his gland and face were not swollen which his face is very puffy and she never checked his glands...on the paperwork it also said he had an upper respiratory infection which she never stated to me...clearly this NP felt she had better things to do then help my 2 year old son feel better...I am beyond baffled about how little she said and how much she put on her report paperwork...big scam if you ask me.

The NP prescribed me medicine without ever telling me what was actually wrong with me and then ended up prescribing me Augmentin, even though I’m allergic to penicillin. My pharmacy wouldn’t fill it because of my allergy and it took me two days to get back in touch with the NP to change my prescription. When I did get in touch with her she was very rude and seemed like she was in a rush and didn’t really have time for me. She actually asked me what type of antibiotic I would like since I couldn’t have Augmentin!
