They were one of the only places around that was open on a Sunday. Came in for a tire patch Service and they weren't too busy and took care of my tire within 10mins. Awesome service. They're a lifesaver for those who needs a tire service on a Sunday. While I was waiting there, I was impressed by their customer service. One of their mechanics was servicing a customers brakes and had went above and beyond while working on their car. They didn't upsell a service to the customer just to make money. They explained the issue to the customer and took the customer on a drive to explain the issue for them to witness and approve of additional services.

Good experience-- Guy on the phone was nice, said to come on in and there was no waiting when I got there. Place was clean, customer service was professional. They found a nail in my tire that the guy at the dealership missed (my low air light was on). They fixed it and I'm on my way! I would go back when it's time for new tires for sure.

Waited 2 hours to replace a single tire and was charged $200 for the dubious privilege (my compact car tires typically run about $60 each with labor). They didn’t quote me on a price and pulled the car apart looking for additional issues to charge me for and on top of that my car is pulling hard to one side after the “fix.” How these people have any credibility is beyond me.

The work they do is great! Been using mavis for a while now! But the best part has gotta be how nice they are. The man at the desk, named Dakota, was so nice to me, my son, and my grandmother. He talked to us, answered all our questions, never once seemed bothered. My son is 3 and the man wheeled out the biggest tire they had to show my son. I thought it was the sweetest thing. Thank you Dakota, for reminding me there are still good people out there.
