My husband and I have lived at the Palisades since they first opened. We have enjoyed living here for the last 4 years. We have only had three maintenance related issues and Mike (who handles the maintenance here) has always been very responsive to us. He not only responds quickly but is diligent and knowledgeable when it comes to fixing things. He has a lot of people to look after here but he does a great job here and we appreciate all his hard work. The office staff, Morgan and Natalie are also helpful. They return my calls and are always kind and friendly.
