Do I enjoy the occasional fast food dining experience over home cooked meals? Sure...who doesn't. I have to say, in regards to this particular McDonalds I've never had a bad experience. The staff as always been smiling and very friendly to which I, in turn, return. Today was a different level of wow though. I was running late taking lunch so my options were limited for my timing. McDonalds, here I come. I go in. I kiosk order. Immediately after I place my order I heard my name being called. Jakeevius, the manager knows me from our time together in Lincolnton and he informs me the item I requested wasn't all the way available. Normally people would wait for my reaction to gauge what their next move would be but, not Jakeevius, he already made the suggestion for my replacement because he knows me. I accepted because I trust him and not only was it perfect but I may now have a new favorite. You guys rock and due to his leadership and problem solving you rocked a little harder today! Thank you guys!

The order is always wrong even though I repeat myself and they repeat my order. Paying extra for mcsauce, you would think you could see a trace of it on your burger but nope. This has happened numerous times. Nuggets with no sauce and cold hard fries... I will only return if everywhere else is packed and I'm starving. The staff are always rushing you out the drive thru, I do understand it's fast food and they are timed but come on... I'm not driving back from near east Lincoln to return sub-par food and food luck getting anyone to answer your call. Very unsatisfied

I am a school teacher. I had been going to this McDonald’s for the last 9 months to get biscuits for my students every Friday. I was treated with sarcasm, rudeness, and antipathy today by the clerk and the manager (720 am) on 5/6/22. I will now delete my McDonald’s reward app, and I will no longer frequent this establishment. Their clerk who argued with me and asked me why didn’t I have the common sense to call when I had called after googling McDonald’s (I got the other McDonald’s in Lincolnton) after driving over 45 minutes from Charlotte. If they want to lose 30-40 dollars per week, I’m sure it won’t matter. Treat people with respect, please or they won’t return.

Terrible, ordered 2 double cheeseburger and 2 McChicken just mayo, what I received was 2 double cheeseburger with pickles one crispy chicken with pickles and a 20 piece nugget. You want to make 15 an hour then take pride and get it right. Unfortunately from the looks of it you'll be unemployed shortly and the best thing McDonald's would shut down ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

I literally just HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THE SECOND SHIFT MANAGER. I called corporate to complain as well. They aren’t taking orders and they make my 70 year old grandma use the kiosk. I call to ask what’s going on and a girl that claimed to be the manager said their whole second shift quit and they have no workers. I then went on to ask her why one of her employees was talking to the rest of the employees saying “don’t ask me to do anything again”. That’s RIDICULOUS and EXTREMELY inappropriate. But as she was getting more and more smart mouthed, I got madder and madder and yelled at her “you do not conduct business that way, at all” and she literally said to me well come down here so we can talk about it face to face and she sounded angry. She also said I needed to come in so I can see the struggle myself. GIRL... ITS MCDONALDS! Also McDonald’s corporate said they should absolutely be taking orders in person. I say shut this place down. There’s another one a mile down the road.
They are always having issues. Their burgers are dry lately and the fries are cold. Ugh. I avoid it when I can.
