The fries were good but what a rip off. just fries and a coke for almost $5. Coulda had a burger fries and coke for less or a myriad of other stuff. Only to waste the burger. The staff was slow mixed up and for three people waiting for fast food or simply to order, it was slow food. All waiting in line were social distanced some masks all employees masked. But the worst service in the world of fast foods, I would skip that particular one. Very very annoyed customers!!!

The Troy McDonald's like the one in Albemarle was remodeled. I have been visiting both before and after the remodel. The Troy location is clean and they have people who are nice who work here. I like McDonald's and can generally count on a good thing wherever I go.

First time I have seen self order kiosk , after i experienced the food and cleanliness I wondered if they could replace the entire staff with machines. Floor was wet and i almost fell, counters dirty, staff all chatting behind counter, I got cold fries and old hard burger. Worst McDonald's ever.
