We went there for my mother in law finger print, they did this finger print now for 5th time so we are waiting at this step for about 8 month now, every time we go there they are saying there would not be another time but yet after one month we get letter from USCIS to return to same location for another biometric….

Paid $725 for a photo session and they didn't even provide a makeup artist. All jokes aside they did a good job. Quick easy no hassles service.

What do they do? All they’ve done was redirect me. It says “support” but I need an appointment at the main building just to have simple questions answered? What is the point of having a support center?

Staff here were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Arrived 20 minutes early and was in and done within 10-15 minutes

Hey Stan - did you ever get an answer to your question? I'm in the same situation. Do you know if one can apply from South Africa? Also, do you know if there's a limited period of time on which to take up your residency if/when it's granted? Thanks
