My son and I went there today, and he had been sick for a couple days and myself just for a day, but the wait wasn’t long, the staff was nice, the doctor very nice, didn’t rush and had compassion! Love Dr. Salvato, wouldn’t take my kid to any other emergency or urgent care other than here if possible.

This should be ZERO STARS. The doctors name is DR SALVATO !!!!! We had to call the office to find out his name ! So today we took our son in because we had reasons to believe he had a staph infection. When he walked in, we told him what was going, he stood 5 feet away from us, never examined the spots on his body, the first thing out of his mouth was “ it’s ring worm “ within 30 seconds of standing there. He never introduced himself, seemed like he just wanted to push us out of the room and to leave. Said he was sending medication over to treat ring worm , never explained the medication or what to do with it exactly. We were literally in that room for 1 min once he walked in. As we walked out we knew it wasn’t ring worm. We did go and get a second review from another doctor in another facility, where after talking to 2 different doctors ( who both went out of their way and spent close to an hour trying to diagnose correctly), stated that he infact does have impetigo, which is of the staph family. If you don’t like your job and not going to do it correctly, quit and turn in your license. Going off other reviews I’m not the only one that has had this experience !!!

The fact that this place can call itself urgent care is beyond me. After sitting in the lobby for over 2 hours I was brought back to a waiting room and immediately told that they don't do any type of lab work and the only radiology the have is x-rays. Immediately left to find better care.

Doctor never introduced himself and very dismissive. Seemed to just want us out the door. The medication prescribed was never explained. Never asked about pain level or comfort. Wait was long. Didnt even look at me.
