We have not had a good experience with the Stanleyville location in quite sometime and have continued to give them the benefit of the doubt. We haven't been there in months because of the last experience but decided on Mother's Day to try again. Our server took our complete order and left. We kept waiting on our drinks as we watch the server take others theirs who were seated after us. We had 1 appetizers to come and had to ask for the other (which was chips and salsa) and ask for our drinks. They were finally brought and wrong of course. After we received our food, our server came over and said "if you need anything ask now because I have a large table being seated and I will be busy with them". WTH?? Were we less important? Anyway, we never saw him again for drink refills or anything else. A dessert came with our order and another employee brought it out. It was the skillet cookie still gooey and all the ice cream was completely melted. Finally had to ask another employee for to go boxes. Food wasn't great but we paid and left. Do not recommend this location.

Absolutely never again!!! By far one of the worst places I’ve ever been. Our waitress was a absolute sweetheart. The wait time took forever after saying it would only take 20 minutes. I understand they are short staffed everyone is at this point so that part I can get I over. However the food was absolutely horrific! It was so cold by the time it got to the table my grandmothers chicken was so hard you could hit it on the table and it wouldn’t break! My mother and her husbands stakes was nothing but undercooked fat! The bathrooms was so dusty you could build your own wig with how much built up dust that was on these vents. I completely understand most companies are hurting for workers and just trying to stay afloat but dang this one took the cake! No place should be this horrible. Never again will I come back!

The Chili's Grill & Bar Experience ( Dine-in Edition). I'm not a stranger to Chili's and thought I would go for a nice lunch meal. I had an idea what I wanted and, upon entering and led to my table. I ordered their potato soup to start with and their two spicy chile-lime shrimp tacos in flour tortillas with pico, cilantro, avocado, coleslaw, and queso fresco. The tacos also come with chips & salsa. While waiting for my food, I went to the restroom to wash my hands. Upon entering the restroom, I knew someone did not thoroughly clean it. Although I was there not too soon after Chili's opened, the trash bins were not empty but somewhat full, and the floor felt slightly sticky. Once arriving back at my table, my potato soup was waiting on me. The soup was watery today and did not taste like normal. However, my tacos and chips, and sala were good. The service was good, and I had no complaints about that. Would I return to this Chili's location? I am unsure because Chili's is a pretty well-known chain. With COVID still riding our coattails, for me, cleanliness is the top priority. It makes me afraid to see what the kitchen looks like if someone does not ensure the bathroom is ready for the public. Also, consistency is essential to me. The taste of my soup should not alter depending on the day of the week.

We were told up front that there was a shortage on servers. So we did end up having to wait for a little at 12 on Tuesday. But nevertheless the server we had busted her butt for all the tables she had. Offering great customer service and as timely service as she could. The food was fantastic and hot, can't forget to mention absolutely amazing taste, probably the best Chili's meal I've had. I have a tremendous amount of thankfulness for the servers that's have done the best that they can through covid. I know it has been challenging not only with employees not showing up but also customers being not as understanding. The world has changed, I am thankful for the amazing people that are able to try and make the best of it.

Because the kitchen is slow.
I go to the one on the North side of Winston.
Yes they have wheelchair access and If you mean a place for the person to sit and eat, they will put them at the end of a table, or if you mean to store the wheelchair, they will happily do that for you.
