Had to wait for nearly 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Nobody in the restaurant. Potatoe salad didn't have a lid and portion was tiny. Looks like 2 spoon fulls. I asked the staff of the portion was correct. She told me they measure 4 ounces and it was. If you pay for a side and get a portion this small, that doesn't fill half the bowl vertically or horizontally, you know you've been ripped off. Bad experience.

Potato appeared to have been made ahead of time, kept under a heat lamp, then garnished with olives and green pepper. The potato was cold, the skin tough. The “sweet tea” was watery. Very disappointed

This location is the worst McAlister’s deli I’ve ever been too. I don’t have a lot of options for lunch at work, and EVERY single time I order from them it’s a 35-45 minute wait, and the order is still wrong. Today I get back to work and the soup was a cup, when I paid for the bowl and they didn’t even bother to put dressing in the bag for the salad. About 2 months ago I called the location, and was supposed to be sent coupons that never arrived. Just go to Jersey Mikes up the road. They are always on point. The incompetence at this location is astounding. You would think occasionally they may get something right, but no, that’s an impossible task for these folks. The amount of money I’ve given this restaurant for food I never received is ridiculous. Not sure why the constant employee shortage when other nearby restaurants are fully staffed. This location definitely has a leadership problem.

I was very disappointed with their chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. It was mushy and reminded me of baby food. My dog wouldn't even eat it. I will say that the veggie chili was tasty though.
