What's the deal, Jimmy John's?!? I ordered my food online, and literally 16 minutes later it was DELIVERED to me and in my mouth. The term "Freaky Fast" is not too definitive... but 16 minutes from ordered to delivered?!? THAT was freaky fast (and delicious). Keep up the good work!!

I typically love this Jimmy Johns but I am actually appalled at what happened to me today. I ordered a sandwich and got the wrong sandwich delivered to me (mistakes happen, no big deal). I call them to let them know and the guy argued that everything was on the sandwich. They send the delivery guy back to give me a new sandwich who is also the same guy that made the sandwich and argued on the phone. He followed me up to my apartment and requested to see the original sandwich and then dug through it with his hands and then left. I am frustrated, disturbed, and actually just plain out confused.

Food is more or less the same as every other Jimmy Johns but freaky fast is not how I would describe this franchise location. I have been here 5+ times over the last 2 months and every time they either get the order slightly wrong (leaving onions in when asked for them off) or they take longer than you would expect. Today was no exception, lunch rush so it was busy but while I was waiting on the food the people making the subs asked me over the counter after ordering “what did you get?” The guy on the register was a delivery guy trying to help out the line but more staff training may be needed at this location. I will be back, but this location does not meet the expectations of the brand. Who knows, it may just be a lull and I’ll change the review if it improves. Edit: Just got back to work and sat down, tried the new ranch and opened up the container to find it only about 1/3 full... lame

The limit for the delivery of this place is Saturn and its moons. If you are any further they just can't do it. For a while they were making deliveries to Neptune but it was costing their space program way too much money.
