Could you serve Bangladeshi dishes as well? I think that will help you to attract more customers from Piedmont Triad. The reason is there are already many popular Indian restaurants in this area and you are gonna need to compete with them.

Thanks for your suggestion. We would like to do that but so far we have had only less than 1% of our sales to Bangladeshis. As much as we would like to do that, from a business perspective this is not feasible. However, if you have advance order or request, we will be happy to prepare food the true Bangladeshi way. They keep the dining area entrance blocked so that the host can guide the guests to a table at a safe distance for others. We found the arrangement fairly safe.
