The customer service was awesome. My brother went in and ordered and we sat in the car to wait. The young gentleman actually brought our pizza across the parking lot my car. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious.

The manager at this locate is TRASH. The fellow with the dreads in the back should be it because when i complained about be straight up LIED to about a delivery of a pizza, at LEAST he cared enough to listen AND resolve! The sad part about that is she gave him the DIRTEST LOOK when he did it. SHAMEFUL! As a manager, you should praise when your team resolves and makes a customer who spends MONEY with them (aka paying YOUR BILLS) happy after such a horrible experience!. She even lied saying she thought i was carryout (reason why i never got a call ), but did you not confirm my DELIVERY address and tell me it would be 25 mins? Are yall phone calls not recorded? All she did was hand me my pizza and TRY To brush me off. Listen, i work customer service ALL DAY LONG, simple communication and problem resolve is customer service 101. She DOES NOT HAVE THAT. The only thing she does have is B.O which makes the front of the restaurant miserable to stand in. For an order to be taken, told that it will be at your home in 25 mins and to get off work and find out that you was not only lied too, but was going to be treated terribly like YOU did something and not them is UNACCEPTABLE. She should NOT be a trainer and she sure enough SHOULD NOT BE A MANAGER. She should be extremely thankful she has the team she does under her or that place would be a waste of a commercial space!!!!

My order was wrong. I called the store to advise that I had someone elses pizza. The pulled up my record and read it off to me. I advised him yes but that is not what i received. He then said well we are out of onions peppers and mushrooms. I ordered a supreme pizza. So they just send me a pizza with pepperoni and sausage. No phone call. No explanation when it was delivered. No discount. Just a um sorry. We didnt get our truck yet. I paid a convience fee and tipped the driver well. But i felt inconvenienced for sure.

I think it's good pizza. Especially the deep dish variety. They have very appealing specials. We had 2 large 2 toppings delivered during dinnertime hours. They took exactly how long they said they would. The have a very intuitive online ordering system. Would be nice if accumulated points did not expire.
