You’re hard pressed to find a better place to make a firearms purchase. I purchased a new Diamondback 5.56 from them this week. Staff was super friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. Had to return the following day because my new rifle had a rare issue with the trigger (manufacturer issue) and without hesitation, they went above and beyond to fix the issue and had me back on the range quickly. Idols gun rack is a prime example of why to buy local. Yes, they work hard to get your business but they work even harder to keep it. You don’t get that at big box retailers. They have a customer for life!!

Very nice people and easy to deal with they took there time to help you find what your looking for. Very clean store the selection was good plus the welcoming service was outstanding. Would recommend and will go back.

Thought Independence day would be a good day to buy a gun (right?). Called to make sure they were open, but message said if I was getting the message then they were helping another customer...nothing about holiday closing. That's fine. Look on the website, says it is open today and nothing about holiday closing. That's great. Drive up there and find a sign on the door saying they will be closed on the 3rd and 4rd. The problem is you have to drive to this establish to find this information out. Not ideal for sure. I've talked to them on the phone before and they are nice, but seeing as it is a retail customer driven business you'd think they would let customers know about their holiday hours. I guess it's a misconception to think a gun store would be open on Independence Day. Their hours on Saturday end at 2pm, in my opinion perfect timing to get rid of some guns and go home and celebrate the holidays. :(

I buy all my ammo here! These people are awesome, patient, and understanding! I even bought a gun online, had it shipped there,and they helped me unbox it to check for damages. Great people and business! Love this place!
