Update: Aldi's cashiers are timed & have to ring up so many items per hour/shift. Unload all your heavy items 1st, have your payment ready, & move to the packing area to bag your groceries. Boxes are free, so grab the empty boxes if you don't have bags. Original Post: There were some of the normal good deals, but nothing spectacular. There were no really great discounts on after Christmas items, or anything actually. And although Aldi is a German owned store (as is Trader Joe's, owned by the other brother), it seems they would sell items the local customers would want. There were no New Year's foods on display or sale. The store still has a lot of good bargains. The cashier seemed rushed, and was tossing my groceries into the cart. She tossed a head of cabbage onto a pizza, and was putting the groceries into the cart haphazardly.

I love shopping at Aldi's! They have great produce, variety of meat and fish. The Aldi finds aisle is my favorite. They have unique gift items. The breads and bakery items are delicious. If you love sour cream, Aldi has the best. The price of products are very reasonable. Bring your own bags.

But there are services in Guilford County in Greensboro then if contacted will bring you food to people that are shut-ins or sick I'm not exactly sure the name of the company or the organization but I'm sure you could find it pretty easy online

No. The company literally does away with anything non essential to its own needs. We don't NEED bags. They're convenient. Delivering is the EPITOME of covienience. So yeah never.

we were at aldi yesterday off university pkwy, my gf bought some but can't really remember... even at the regular price it's a good deal.. also we think it's the best sauce around.. oh Lynn! we just found the receipt... it's .49¢!!!

Their stock rotates so it wouldn't be a steady supply if you had seen it before. You might not see it again unless the bulk supplier goes on sale.
