Very polite. Price was less than we agreed to at write up. Verbally unaware of the appointment. Took 6.5 hours for iphone screen repair. Came back within minutes with a workmanship/material problem. They were unable to address it. I offered to set a follow up appointment, they preferred to make it less formal by saying to just come in Saturday or Monday. I felt bad for how exhausted they all looked, didn’t tell them those days don’t work. Let’s see how it goes...
