Another great experience here! Food, service and hospitality! Quick drop in today for lunch, tried something out the usual (basic) it was delicious !!

Our server was exceptional. He was kind and patient with us. My food, however, was not the best, hence the rating. The batter they use for the fish was greasy and soggy. Inside of it was a small piece of cod. My sides were great but the fish was disappointing.

Swung by here for early dinner around 5pm with hubby and our toddler after shopping for Halloween costumes. The hostesses were very nice as our toddler came stumbling in, clearly excited to get out of the rain and onto the next, and getting us seated almost immediately. The lights were dimmed just enough to light the table from overhead. A very intimate feeling. Hubby started with drinks. A mojito to start off followed by the orange mule. He loved his mojito and said it was well balanced, but that the orange mule was just vodka and some ginger water. Not great at all. Also was thrown off by the glass it came in which wasn't the expected copper cup. For the entree, he got the steak and fries. With the butter and great execution of his medium-rare steak, he said it was very tasty! Would definitely order again. For our daughter, we ordered the Cheffy's Sliders which were two pieces of grilled chicken in buns served with fries. I loved that it was appropriately sized for her small hands and was typically agreeable. Unfortunately, she wasn't interested in the burgers but happily ate the fries and ketchup. And for me, I was between the two styles of ribs on the menu and ended up ordering a half rack of the danish baby back ribs. I thought it was cooked very well. It had a great crispiness to the outside and the meat didn't fall off the bone, yet pulled away easily. The proprietary sauce used to marinate it was also very delicious. Not overly sweet and very savory. Would totally order this again! I also found myself eating all my mashed potatoes which were very buttery and generous in portion. The slaw was creamy and tasty as well. All in all, I think this is a safe spot to hit up if you need something reliable in terms of offerings and experience. The drinks might be a hit or miss, but if that's not important, I'd say it's safe to bring family/friends visiting town for dinner.

This was our first time visiting here, it does require you to make a reservation before arriving. Upon arrival this hostess was pleasant and so was our waitress. We ordered the devil eggs topped with bacon which was really good followed by a popular cocktail 🍸 which I didn’t remember the name of it but very good. The entree however was not good at all. I ordered a wood grilled salmon and arugula salad and it was basic nothing to brag about. My girlfriend got the lemon and herb chicken rotisserie chicken with Mac n cheese and string beans, she only love the mac n cheese everything else was flavorless. Definitely wouldn’t go back but we wanted to try something new and give it our honest feedback.

Tables are 6 feet apart. Mask required for staff and patrons. Paper menus that are thrown away after each patron.
If you're interested in having a party at the bar, a reservation is preferred. But the seating is usually 1st come 1st serve.
