I might be a little late, but thanks to Inside Laptops I was able to know that the Motherboard I bought from Amazon for my computer was broken and that it was an used motherboard instead of a brand new one. I was able to buy another and get my computer ready and running. Thank you Inside Laptops

My Dell XPS 15 laptop is my workhorse computer and was completely dead (no sound, no lights). I took it to a shop near me and they told me it was an issue with the motherboard which would cost me hundreds for just the materials. I found Inside Laptops on Google and decided to give them a shot, even though they are located far from me. Alfredo was very professional and explained to me in much detail what he could possibly do. I don't know how he did it but my laptop is running good as new and possibly better than ever. The best part is I didn't even pay half of what the cost of just a motherboard would be. He even replaced the old bottom screws for me. He gave exceptional service, was always quick to answer or return my calls. I definitely recommend this place to anyone I know. I hope I never have an issue with my electronics again but if I do, I'm going straight to Inside Laptops and asking for Alfredo.
