Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. The last four times I've been there,the route was always late, or they just give you your cart telling you that some packages are missing so when you finish scanning your packages there comes the waiting for the package that is missing. When this happens,the app assumes it is you who's too slow scanning. The driver ends up living the station so late it's not possible to complete the block on time.

Everyone, myself included, can say the security guard working in the morning shift needs get an attitude adjustment. The guy is EXTREMELY rude to everyone. Management does nothing to keep this from happening.

The manager is the most rude person I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend to any Truck driver to come there since there is not enough room to turn when there are cars parked!!!
