I love Jack in the Box. With my whole heart. I've been eating Jack since I was little. But they recently (with no notice) changed their Muncie meals, effectively ruining the best thing on their menu. I don't eat there anymore.

Rudest workers I ever met isn't truck driver friendly at all .when. On a late run refused to serve us .. Because we COULDNT drive thru cause of truck height so walked up to the window . tried to go inside to order the worker ran and locked the door .

Just went to this JnB location and my food was great! It seems like there was only one person in there and he was on point. Older gentleman, took my order hit the kitchen (drop) came back before I pulled up (took cash) dipped back (check timers temps, etc.) Came back with food. I can dang near say that's definitely what happened cause I've been there before so much respect. Some restaurants don't move as fast as he did alone tonight (4/9/22 ticket says 5:23a.m) with 5 employees at night and 2 cars lol If I had it tonight he definitely deserved a tip. So best I can do until I can come back thru is to give the man a shout out.

Has severely gone down hill the last few years. Half the time it's not fit to eat, the other half it's really good. Seems they rarely change out grease, and are constantly sold out of everything, even sweet tea or fried items. They are constantly rude, and the one or two people you meet who aren't rude usually don't work there very long. I used to eat here several times a week but now it's a last resort once every few months, please work on consistency
