Luxury car with poor customer service. I've had several problems with this dealership. I had a wiper issue and they made it worse. Not too long after they moved, I booked an appointment on the phone and they failed to let me know they moved locations. Of course, I drove to the closed location. Today, the warning light turned on for low coolant. The manual says do not drive if below MIN and if its dropped significantly to bring it into the dealership immediately. I called today - July 22 and they told me no appointments until Sept. The receptionist didn’t offer any solution other than for me to wait. I'll just take my really expensive car down to North Miami where they have plenty of appointments and the staff is knowledgeable and nice. Such a shame since I live really close to this dump! Sadly, due to the high inconvenience this may be my last Jag.

The team at Jaguar Fort Lauderdale was great! I had a nail in my tire, and a low battery light came on the day before taking a long-distance trip. I didn't have an appointment, but they fit me into the schedule the same day. They fixed my car and cleaned it for me within just a couple of hours. My husband and I had the BEST experience at Jaguar Fort Lauderdale! This was our first time purchasing a Jaguar and our salesman, Bill, along with the rest of the team, made this such a seamless process. Once our car arrived, Bill worked endlessly to push things through so we could pick up our car ASAP. When we pulled up, my car was in the middle of the showroom. A unique experience that I will always treasure. Bill is the MAN!!!
